Executive Coach and Business Development Consultant

Package up to £85k – Including Car Allowance and Executive Benefits

Our established Executive Coaching Practice is the fastest growing part of our business.

The Opportunity

Rapid and steady growth globally means that we have a vacancy for a business development consultant with a passion for executive coaching. You will work as part of a highly energetic and focused business development team, building client relationships and executive coaching opportunities for our international team of coaches. It is an opportunity to play a lead role in running the Coaching Practice and shaping its future. The position is varied and exciting in that it also enables you to undertake executive coaching assignments of your own!

We expect that you will have worked at a senior level, and have now have made a clear career decision to specialise as an executive coach. Your highly developed commercial and business development skills will mean that you enjoy building client relationships and being part of an entrepreneurial team.

You will be involved with

  • executive coaching
  • managing a portfolio of existing client relationships
  • developing new business from first contact with clients
  • managing the evaluation process and ensuring that our measures are robust
  • representing The Oxford Group at Marketing events
  • providing support to a growing team of international executive coaches
  • contributing to the strategic direction of our coaching practice.

You will have a high degree of autonomy in this role with an opportunity to have a significant influence on the way that our executive coaching business evolves.

The personal Requirements

  • A track record of coaching senior executives within a blue chip environment
  • Being on a path to becoming an ICF accredited Executive Coach (or equivalent)
  • You may be an ambitious business developer or within corporate life have an excellent track record of influencing senior stakeholders
  • You will have extensive experience of leadership development and have held senior leadership roles in your own right
  • You must be energised by working to tight deadlines within busy environments and be able to react quickly to changing client needs.Your natural flair for building empathy and rapport and for managing others will be essential to your success in this role.
