Anne Ravanona

Anne is married with two multicultural, lively children and lives outside Paris. She has recently taken up golf and hopes to play on some of the great courses in Ireland! Anne also enjoys speed walking and travelling around the world with her pilot husband.

Professional Experience

Anne is an experienced consultant with over 13 years’ experience in International Business. She began her career as Country Manager France for an Irish company specialised in pharmaceutical packaging, where she set up the French Sales Office and developed the French Market. Later, Anne turned to HR Communications at Publicis Group helping international clients create, adapt and deploy international HR Communication to attract and retain Talent. She also managed a global project to help create a global Employer Brand for a major IT company, managing multidisciplinary teams across Europe, Asia and the United States. As Senior Consultant in a boutique international management consulting firm, Anne has lead a wide range of client projects with multinationals, in change management, team alignment, internal climate surveys, leadership programmes and post-merger integration.

Truly multicultural (dual nationality Irish and Spanish, living and working in France for over 13 years), Anne speaks 5 european languages. She joined the Oxford Group Paris Office in 2007 as Principal Consultant.
