Gill Webb

Gill, who moved to France 13 years ago, lives with her husband in a small village outside Paris. She enjoys travelling, walking and painting - and demonstrating that English people can be excellent cooks!

Professional Experience

Gill spearheads business opportunities for The Oxford Group in Continental Europe and is responsible for our clients based there. Gill has worked in France as Principal Consultant with The Oxford Group since 1993 and established our new Paris-based offices in 1998.

Gill is fluent in both French and English and habitually works throughout Europe with managers in major international corporations.

Before joining The Oxford Group Gill worked for two years as a Recruitment Consultant for one of the largest international consultancies. She then moved to Mars Incorporated and over a period of 15 years in both the UK and France, held several roles in personnel and training, with responsibility for HR strategy and people development.
