Professional Experience

Nick manages key client relationships for the Oxford Group, and has extensive experience working with senior management teams and teams of leaders across a wide variety of assignments, both in the UK and worldwide. He has also co-ordinated and developed R&D activity into Oxford Group concepts and materials.

Nick began his learning and development career as Training and Development Manager for Whitbread, responsible for driving and co-ordinating all training efforts throughout the organisation, in particular, those designed to support business process re-engineering initiatives.

Nick was also involved in acquisition and merger activities; re-organisations and restructuring; Assessment and Development centre design and implementation. As Personnel Manager at Bayer UK he was extensively involved in multinational projects.
