Sheena Porter

Sheena lives in London. Sheena’s main passion is sailing in warm countries (the south coast doesn’t have the same attraction!) and she also trains regularly at the local gym.

Professional Experience

Sheena was one of the founding Directors of the Oxford Group. Her career began with the Prudential and the Mars Group working in both Hr and line roles. With the Oxford Group she has been most actively involved with Customer Service and Assessment programmes for major clients. Solutions that deliver measurable business improvements are critical to Sheena and her approach.

Sheena has also led a major change project working closely with the top team to manage the people implications of the change. Most recently she has introduced blended e learning approaches to two major clients.

Sheena takes special responsibility within the business for building partnerships and alliances which enables The Oxford Group to extend the range of creative solutions for clients.
