5 Conversations shortlisted for book of the year

Last night myself and Nick, Authors of 5 Conversations and Directors at The Oxford Group, attended the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Book of the Year awards ceremony. The ceremony was held at the British Library and the awards were run and organised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). The CMI book awards has been created to promote excellence in all areas of management and leadership and to celebrate the very best in the field of management writing.

"Unfortunately this time we were not winners but we are thrilled to have been shortlisted out of over 50 books to be one of 5 finalists in the Practical Manager category. Many congratulations to the Winners, including Professor Paul Brown, a friend of The Oxford Group. Being shortlisted for the Practical Manager award has made us more aware of the need for meaningful conversations in the workplace."

5 Conversations - How to transform trust, engagement and performance at work is available to purchase on Amazon for just £14.94 or £5.81 on Kindle.
