Multi-Cultural Teams Masterclass

In this event we explored the common barriers to effective working and the skills, tools and techniques managers need to develop in order to be effective in a multi-cultural environment. Built on our experience of over 20 years of training managers to lead multi-cultural and remote teams, we then moved on to consider how such tools can be integrated into learning events, to develop managers’ ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
