Multi-Cultural Teams
Masterclass
7th September 2010
In this event we explored the common barriers to effective
working and the skills, tools and techniques managers need to
develop in order to be effective in a multi-cultural environment.
Built on our experience of over 20 years of training managers to
lead multi-cultural and remote teams, we then moved on to consider
how such tools can be integrated into learning events, to develop
managers’ ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
