Archana is a senior Human Resources (HR) professional with over 17 years of international experience. She has worked with leading Indian and multinational companies such as Lakmé Limited, Pepsi Co, and Discovery Networks.

When Archana transitioned to a consulting role, her portfolio of assignments included organisation reviews, training design & delivery, employee engagement surveys, corporate coaching, and change management.
