Nigel is quite the bon viveur and is an enthusiastic (if not competent) cook and squash player. His other passion is restoring and riding classic Italian motorcycles.

Nigel founded The Oxford Group in 1987 and continues to work within the group in developing and delivering innovative learning solutions for major clients, and in heading up the Leadership area of the business.

He has designed and delivered hundreds of successful learning interventions, and is devoted to providing learners with flexible development solutions, blending technology and face-to-face contact to enable managers to access learning where, when and how best suits them.
