• Coaching Credits – We are aware that for many Executives and Senior Managers it is sometimes practical, and necessary, to access coaching on demand, when there is an immediate or specific business challenge to address. We also know that HR functions can benefit from being able to call on an external, independent team of coaches, on a just-in-time basis when issues crop up that have not been anticipated or are outside their current coaching provision. For these reasons we have created Coaching Credits.
