Senior Leadership Programmes

These programmes are designed for Leaders working in national organisations or business units, and whose focus is delivering business performance on-plan during times of challenge and change.

Our Senior Leadership Programmes cover the following areas:

These programmes are typically structured around four two-day workshops over a 12 month period and are coupled with work assignments, one-to-one coaching and tailored business projects.
