Keeping Yourself Strong and Healthy

It is easy and tempting in difficult times to allow your own health and well-being to suffer as a result of working too long and hard, which in the long run helps no-one.  This workshop is designed to help you take stock of your current health and well-being and to put in place some strategies to ensure that you stay ‘properly selfish’ in order to be of most value to others and your organisation.

  • Practical health tips and techniques to maintain health and reduce stress at work
  • Re-connecting to your core – what are your enduring guiding principles that give you strength in challenging times
