This workshop is designed to ensure that you are as connected, responsive and empathetic as possible for your team in challenging times whilst still helping them focus on the deliverables.  It acknowledges that team size and composition may be changing and that for some there will be a sense of ‘survivor syndrome’.

  • Seeing problems as opportunities - how to re-set motivating team goals and purpose
  • Refresher on the transition curve based on reality! Where is your team now and what practically can you do to support?
  • Understanding motivation - what works for people when anxious, uncertain, stressed or exhausted?
  • Adapting your style - when are you at your best and what do you need to do differently to increase your positive impact
  • How to hold challenging or difficult conversations
  • Keeping people connected - flexible and varied communications tools and techniques
