Staying Alert and Connected

It is tempting in challenging times to become withdrawn and inward focused whereas adopting a more confident, alert and outward facing approach is likely to produce better results.  This workshop helps you see how you can better anticipate changes, connect more effectively physically and virtually, and maintain your agility and flexibility.

Core content

  • Adopting a systems view and seeing how things are connected. Change in one part of the system affects the whole
  • Understanding uncertainty and dilemma and how to deal with both more confidently
  • How to invest the time you have in staying up to date and connected and gathering information at speed
  • Investing in your network – who, what, when, how
  • Spotting opportunities and re-adjusting your model of risk–taking
  • De-constructing confidence – how to present a more outwardly confident persona, based on core beliefs and knowledge
  • Generating options for you – how not to feel trapped!
