This programme introduces you to a core coaching framework and skills which can be used in a variety of formal and ad-hoc discussions. It will enable you to adopt a coaching approach to continually improving the performance of others and yourself.

Core content

  • Understanding the benefits, nature and role of coaching in a business context
  • Introduction to the core Oxford Group coaching framework
  • Understanding the importance of both ‘preview’ and ‘review’ coaching
  • Real, intensive coaching in small groups with focused feedback

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
