Effective Trainers, Managers and Team leaders know how valuable facilitation skills are in helping people to learn for themselves through discussion and self-realisation. This workshop explores the methods, tools and techniques that help get the best from a group of people by encouraging attitudinal and behavioural change. You will discover the skills and confidence needed to make a real and positive contribution to the organisation through others.

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
