This practical workshop will help you to be clearer and more confident about the outcomes you want to achieve, to use a wider variety of techniques in doing so, and be better placed to understand and work with the needs of others.

Core content

• Become more challenging in the goals you set yourself
• Using the SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory ®) to clarify the strengths and development needs of your preferred influencing style and how that impacts on the way you influence
• Become more flexible and skilful in influencing through using a wider range of proven techniques
• Develop techniques to understand, empathise and build rapport with others
• Spotting and dealing with sources of conflict using assertive techniques
• Practical skills-building sessions based on real influencing situations

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
