Globalisation means that in today’s business
world we tend to work in a multi-cultural environment, whether
directly or as part of international project teams. This workshop
introduces you to the frameworks and tools that leaders need to
overcome the unique challenges of managing a multi-cultural team,
and thus create a high performing, high achieving cohesive
unit.

impacts the way we see ourselves and others
- The dangers of stereotyping
- Understanding how cultural differences can
impact team performance (both positively and negatively)
- Communicating effectively and using the
appropriate behaviour with people from different cultures
- Behaviours of effective multi-cultural

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a
maximum of 12 participants.
