Deal with the challenges of change, complexity and uncertainty

This workshop helps you develops the skills - and provides the tools required - for operating in environments of change, ambiguity, complexity and uncertainty. The workshop takes you through a four stage process of: 1) assessing current and future status; 2) conceptualising, generating and evaluating options; 3) selling, planning and implementing; and 4) applying these tools to real scenarios.

Core content

  • Making learning from past experiences available to current or future situations
  • Developing the ability to recognise patterns and potential inconsistencies in information and situations
  • Growing confidence and competence in breaking down problems into constituent parts and possible causes
  • Familiarisation with established models and frameworks for examining emerging and complex situations
  • Systems thinking and how this can help with complex issues
  • Applying a systematic approach  to existing complex situations in the business
  • Developing skill and confidence in crafting and conveying clear messages to key audiences

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
