Make the matrix a source of improved business effectiveness

This programme works with participants to develop and reinforce those positive behaviours which make the matrix structure a source of improved business effectiveness. We work with you at two levels to reinforce positive behaviours. Firstly, by understanding the logical business case for matrix working and secondly, by dealing with the key beliefs and emotions that affect performance.

  • Exploring the core skills for being effective in a matrix - planning, influencing and communication
  • Experiencing a Matrix simulation
  • Understanding the place of politics in organisations and developing a positive approach for both personal and organisational benefit
  • Understanding and managing your own conflict preferences
  • Practical coaching of your real life matrix dilemmas

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
