- Working with The Oxford Group model, ‘Factors
That Affect Performance’, applied to real work, people and
situations
- Establishing the keystones of performance:
clarity, setting objectives, exploring mutual expectations, giving
effective feedback and measuring results
- Exploring styles and behaviours to work
effectively with others - balancing task and relationships
- Getting the most from others - achieving
empowerment through effective performance coaching
- Skills practice sessions in small groups with
focused feedback
Group sizes
This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a
maximum of 12 participants.
