Manage the performance of others to deliver results

This programme covers all the key learning and techniques for effectively managing the performance of others. The workshop will enable you to better understand such needs and motivations. And by introducing you to a range of practical tools and techniques, help you work with them to deliver great results.

  • Using diagnostic tools to better understand yourself and others, and appreciate and value the differences
  • Working with The Oxford Group model, ‘Factors That Affect Performance’, applied to real work, people and situations
  • Establishing the keystones of performance: clarity, setting objectives, exploring mutual expectations, giving effective feedback and measuring results
  • Exploring styles and behaviours to work effectively with others - balancing task and relationships
  • Getting the most from others - achieving empowerment through effective performance coaching
  • Skills practice sessions in small groups with focused feedback

Group sizes

This programme runs with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants.
