The Oxford Group is delighted to announce our approval onto the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers. As a result, you can spend your apprenticeship levy on leadership and management learning journeys facilitated by Senior Consultants at The Oxford Group.
The apprenticeship levy requires organisations with a wage bill in England in excess of £3million to contribute 0.5% of their wage bill to a fund, which can only be spent on apprenticeships. Organisations who don’t have employees in traditional apprenticeship roles may see this as a tax, which they will not derive any benefit from. However, apprenticeship reforms mean that a wide range of existing employees, ranging from junior to senior positions can benefit from apprenticeships.
The Oxford Group will be delivering ILM Trailblazer Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership & Management apprenticeships for Team Leaders and Departmental Managers. Our bespoke apprenticeship programmes will enable first-line and middle managers to realise genuine performance improvement. We will do this delivering excellent blended learning, that is:
Our approval as an apprenticeship provider derives from our 30 years’ experience of designing and delivering leadership and management programmes. We are working closely with our colleagues at City & Guilds and ILM, in preparation for delivering these apprenticeships. This guide from ILM contains some useful information for employers looking to utilise the apprenticeship levy effectively. We are also working alongside experienced external apprenticeship providers ensuring that the administration and logistics behind our apprenticeships meet the same standards of our training.
