5 Conversations virtual taster - 12th February 2019

Drawing on over 30 years of insight and experience, our 5 Conversations programme, supported by a best-selling book, has been specifically designed to meet this vital engagement need. The programme is run by expert facilitators who set the scene with the latest theory and then help your managers understand and practise five key conversations using current examples from their professional life. This delivers practical learning for immediate use in your business that will transform employee engagement.

The five conversations are:

  2. Agreeing mutual expectations
  3. Showing genuine appreciation
  4. Challenging unhelpful behaviour
  5. Building for the future

The Oxford Group invites HR/L&D professionals to join us for this 2-hour taster to begin to explore the 5 Conversations and how these can support you, your colleagues and your organisations to transform trust, engagement and performance at work. We are also running taster sessions on 14th January and 7th March.

Places are limited to 8 per taster session and will be on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to take bookings from independent consultants seeking personal development.
