Effective organisational change demands a strong HR capability and powerful tools to steer your organisation through digital disruption.
This one-day complimentary masterclass for senior HR and L&D Leaders, hosted by The Oxford Group and Kineo, will equip you with a clear understanding of what ‘disruption’ means and help you to define the principles of what’s needed for a coherent leadership plan and transformative learning strategy specific to your organisation.
The day will take the following form:
- Workshop on leadership and management
This practical session facilitated by Elizabeth McManus will cover the things that leaders find easy to say but hard to do, even when it is critical they happen to remain relevant in a digitising economy.
- Guest speaker Professor Alan Brown
We are delighted that Elizabeth McManus, our Head of Transformational Leadership, and colleagues Paul Westlake and Jez Anderson from Kineo will be joined on the day by guest speaker Professor Alan Brown. Alan is Professor in Digital Economy at Exeter University as well as a fellow of the Alan Turing Institute. He was named in the apolitical.co 2018 list of the world's 100 most influential people in digital government.
- Workshop on organsiational learning and development
Facilitated by Kineo's Paul Westlake and Jez Anderson, this session will look at the role of HR in building the digital capabilities that inform an organisation's learning journey and will look at the core principles for a strategic transformational learning vision.
