Open Minds Development Space- Planful versus playful- 18th and 25th February 2021
Planful versus playful
Remember those carefully crafted plans made back in January 2020? Pre-Covid plans? How did they work out?!
Being planful is important to organisational performance. By itself, though, it’s not nearly enough. Accessing the powerful energy of playfulness and finding your ability to improvise – to be receptive, perceptive and in the moment - will give you a significant advantage when it comes to being resilient, at individual and organisational levels. We believe that this ability to work in a mindset of free exploration, not bounded by fear or habitual thinking, is crucial in creating the conditions to release maximum potential from people and from organisations.
As 2021 gets underway, we’re inviting you to join Elizabeth McManus and Caroline Taylor of The Oxford Group and Neil Bett of Frank Partners to experience a new approach to thriving in unpredictable times.
Come and join us in this 2 hour session to investigate a different way of being - as the new world of work reveals itself this year. As well as time and space to dive deeper into how you currently operate, you’ll find ways to create a more stimulating way of being at work. What could be possible if you fully harnessed:
- Purposeful use of your time?
- Purposeful use of your energy?
- Purposeful ability to change your state?’
We have two sessions available:

Thursday 25th February 2021-15:00-17:00 GMT
