Open Minds: a space to explore purpose, direction and habits for 2022

The Oxford Group

10 November 2021

When there’s so much to get to grips with and time and space are under huge pressure, we believe that taking a space to come together to share, learn and shape responses to an uncertain world has never been more important.

Senior HR and L&D professionals face particular challenges and can benefit from quality time and collaboration with others in similar positions.

In 2021 we had the privilege to hold the space for more than 50  HR/L&D professionals. In our next series we will be creating a space for you to explore clarity on purpose, direction and the habits that will drive your success in 2022.

As a reminder our Open Mind sessions are:

  • A virtual collaborative space / thinking together community.
  • A loose theme helps guide our discussion, but this is a content free space.
  • A safe space to explore with colleagues what’s happening in your worlds, learn from each other’s experiences and shape your responses and future directions.
  • Space to be heard, acknowledged and to share strategies and learning without risks.
  • A great blend of safety and stimulus from being with your peers.
  • Participants can share in advance any specific questions they want to work on with the group.
  • Action learning light frame and an experienced Oxford Group facilitator to give a structure to the session.
  • 60 minutes duration.
  • Sessions will be capped at a maximum 12 people per session.

These sessions are complimentary. This peer group forum has been created specifically for senior HR and L&D professionals (currently working within organisations).

The next Open Minds session will run on:

  • Thursday 13th January 16:00-17:00 GMT
  • Thursday 20th January 10:00-11:00 GMT
  • Tuesday 1st February 10:00-11:00 GMT
