Branca is a senior organisational learning consultant with a truly global mindset and experience, having lived and worked in the US, the UK and CEE. She partners with clients to translate their organisational values and strategy into transformational leadership development journeys.

Business background

Branca started her career on Wall Street, as a financial analyst with a leading global investment bank. Over a ten-year career in finance, she worked for blue-chip investment management firms in New York and London, managing and growing relationships with institutional clients in the US and EMEA.

Branca moved into people development in 2011, and worked as a freelance consultant with a number of UK corporate training consultancies, before joining PwC Croatia in 2015. As PwC’s Academy leader, she led the development of open-enrollment and customised learning programs for PwC’s corporate clients.

Branca joined The Oxford Group in 2021 as Associate Director in Leadership and Executive Coaching practice. She is highly skilled in operating in matrix-style organisations, effectively partnering with subject matter experts across functions and geographies to design optimal learning solutions for large, global clients.
