Elizabeth joined The Oxford Group as a Principal Consultant in 2016 and is now Head of Leading Transformation and Engagement.
Elizabeth is a sector specialist working with knowledge and expert organisations (e.g. law firms, pharmaceutical, technical, gas and oil, financial services businesses, and specialist public bodies), which operate in complex and highly regulated environments, and are seeking to perform more profitably. She enjoys helping clients become highly successful by bringing quality and humanity to the leadership of their organisations.
As Head of Leading Transformation and Engagement, Elizabeth supports organisations across the UK and Europe on raising their business performance. She has substantial client experience in working with experts and with the creation of high performance in complex environments. Elizabeth is clear sighted and intellectually rigorous in her approach.
