Felix has a multi-faceted role at The Oxford Group including relationship management, discovery, programme design, facilitation, and evaluation. Felix’s exposure to every stage in the consultancy process enables him to add value by ensuring consistency, drawing out holistic insights, and sharing best practice.
Felix joined The Oxford Group in 2014 with a background in law and business development.
He manages a diverse portfolio of international clients, helping them to implement management development, organisational change, and talent management projects. Felix works closely with key stakeholders to build a deep understanding of clients’ requirements and company culture, then collaborates with senior consultants to design, facilitate, and embed development programmes that are tailored to specific business needs.
Felix heads the Ready-Made sales channel. As the sales channel lead, Felix collates and updates course content in line with contemporary thought-leadership. Felix also creates strategic business plans and co-ordinates marketing efforts to grow the sales channel and reach new clients.

Gazprom – Facilitated a management development programme for the marketing and trading area of the business, helping to align the style of leadership to core values of innovation, teamwork, and growth.
International conglomerate – Conducted a learning needs analysis for mid-level managers across several business units and global locations. Responsibilities included interviewing C-suite stakeholders, holding focus groups, designing survey questions, data analysis, and presentation of the final report.
Lucozade Ribena Suntory – Facilitated a presentation skills workshop for graduates and first-line managers across the organisation.
Medicine & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) – Facilitated the 5 Conversations Masterclass to help mid-level managers foster a culture of openness and collaboration.
Transport for London – Managed and facilitated a leadership development programme for 130 managers in the newly centralised information management function. The programme enabled managers to engage their people through a period of change and transition.
