Jane joined The Oxford Group in 2012 and is an Associate Director in Leadership and Executive Coaching. Her focus on gaining insight and experience through action has given her a rich understanding of the dynamics and challenges of business, change and people. She has held roles in leadership resourcing, talent development and senior HR, in fast-moving and demanding environments where innovation, courage and pragmatism are essential. Jane works with clients internationally (having lived in six different countries), specifically pushing boundaries and reflections around D&I, mindfulness and executive presence.
