Olivier joined The Oxford Group in 2009 and since 2016 he has been CEO and is leading the global expansion of the company. Olivier continues to be accountable for many of our client relationships.

Olivier is a trilingual leadership and organisational change expert with a passion for leading & facilitating complex projects that provide smooth, integrated and sustainable solutions. His experience over the past 20+ years spans a range of functional and cross-functional roles in public and private sector organisations, leading departments and functions in marketing, business development, IT, learning technologies and Organisational Development & Transformation. During his time with The Oxford Group he has worked with a range of clients including: Alstom, Barclays, CP Kelco, Crédit Agricole, EDF, GE, Natixis, SBM Offshore, Société Générale, Technip, Total and many others.
Olivier’s passion lies in supporting organisations in their talent strategy, defining the competencies they will need tomorrow, and attracting, developing and retaining their people to meet that need. He feels strongly that the key lies in aligning human capital, organisational processes and supporting systems.

CP Kelco – Ongoing work since 2011 with global leadership team to push accountability & responsibility down the organisational hierarchy and developing future leaders.
GE Healthcare – Established Executive Presence & Impact programme in four languages across Dubai, France, Germany, Italy and Russia. Delivered annual team build event for recent Sales & Marketing hires across Europe.
Société Générale – Leads on a number of key blended management development programmes, delivered in five languages in Europe, Russia and the Far East. Design & management of award-winning Mentoring Programme. Designed and delivered large scale events for up to 300 participants to support key organisational changes and talent management initiatives.
Technip – Managed the creation and roll-out of a new Leadership Trait Framework for all levels of leaders. Consulted, co-created and implemented leadership & management and project management programmes for three levels of the leadership pipeline. Other success at Technip have included: Consulting, facilitating organisation change and developing leaders in the creation of a global shared service structure for IT (engaging senior leaders to implement the structure across six regions and working with middle managers to develop new skills sets). Developed Business Partnering & Strategic Consulting skills for global Finance community. Consulting project to roll out new mobility and performance management policies.
