The Neglected Acts of Leadership programme
About The Neglected Acts of Leadership programme
Many leaders are running on empty, caught in the noise of daily demands and losing touch with what matters most: the space to think, build trust, and take time for themselves.
The Neglected Acts of Leadership is a unique programme designed to help leaders pause, breathe, and reset. It provides a space for them to rewire their habits, reconnect with their purpose, and lead with greater presence and intention.
Ideal for leaders operating in complex and strategic environments, this programme allows participants to explore leadership at the “habit level,” identifying what needs to shift and how to embed new, sustainable behaviours.
Discover
- Are leaders having the impact they could have?
- What tensions are holding them back?
- What is restricting their potential?
Rediscover what matters
This programme is designed to give leaders the time, tools, and environment they need to reconnect with their purpose, their people, and themselves. Through three powerful themes, it helps them pause, reflect, and re-energise.
Time to think
Leaders can step out of the noise and into clarity. This is their space to pause, reflect, and sharpen their leadership with practical tools that turn thinking time into a strategic advantage.
Building trust
Great leadership is built on trust. Through emotionally intelligent conversations and the powerful HEAR model, participants will deepen connections and unlock more meaningful collaboration.
Time for self
Leaders cannot pour from an empty cup. This is their moment to reconnect with what fuels them, build habits that sustain them, and grow in a calm, restorative environment designed for personal renewal.

Programme outcomes
This four-month programme is designed to create lasting impact through a carefully structured blend of insight, action, and sustained support.
The programme begins with a two-day, in-person workshop focused on surfacing key insights, aligning understanding, and addressing areas of organisational neglect. To ensure learning is embedded and translated into meaningful change, participants then take part in three monthly Live Action Labs.
Through this journey, leaders will:
- Enhance strategic thinking by learning how to carve out time for deep, focused reflection and applying structured approaches to make that time count—thinking smarter, not just harder.
- Improve trust-building skills by developing emotionally intelligent communication and using the HEAR model to strengthen relationships and lead with empathy.
- Discover what they need to flourish, building sustainable habits that support balance, energy, and focus in both their professional and personal lives.
- Turn insight into action with a personalised development plan and hands-on experience that embeds essential leadership behaviours into daily practice.
- Sustain leadership growth beyond the programme, supported by follow-up tools and nudges that help maintain momentum and reinforce progress over time.
