We’ve worked with Ferring on the Talent Next Generation (TNG) programme since its inception in 2014. TNG is a comprehensive programme which includes a development centre, three learning modules of one-week duration, individual coaching, business projects, international assignments and mentoring sessions.

The programme runs for high-potential employees at Ferring and lasts approximately 15 months. The Oxford Group designs and facilitates the learning modules and provides the individual coaching, working in close partnership with the client. We explored the benefits of the programme with the latest cohort.
