We are delighted to announce that The Oxford Group, in partnership with three of our global clients, having achieved recognition at the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2021. The Human Capital Management spring awards programme has a dedicated focus on entries from corporate training, learning, talent, HR and other related departments.

In the Leadership Development Awards – Best Advance in Leadership Development, Kyriba were announced as a “Gold” winner for the Kyriba Leads programme. Following a period of sustained rapid growth, and the demonstrated, urgent need for systems, processes and a common language for developing Kyriba’s leaders and its future leaders, Kyriba engaged The Oxford Group to support them with potential solutions. In partnership, Kyriba and The Oxford Group built and rolled out a bespoke, highly impactful, global virtual leadership development programme. This programme opened up cross-collaboration and helped to empower individuals across the business, during a global pandemic and at a time of fundamental organizational change.

In the same category, GW Pharmaceuticals came away with the bronze award for the GW LEAD programme. This programme is designed for a growing organization that is becoming more global and complex. The GW Pharmaceuticals LEAD programme teaches skills to help leaders show up in the way they need to through establishing a new, consistent leadership standard, increased collaboration, coaching and individual and team empowerment.

The GW LEAD programme also won bronze in the Excellence in Learning Awards in the Best Results of a Learning Programme category.

Finally, in the Excellence in Talent Management Awards – Best Advance in High Potential Development, Ferring Pharmaceuticals won bronze for the Talent Next Generation programme. This is a two-year development programme for high-potential future leaders. The programme combines in-person learning, collaborative group projects and coaching/mentoring over an 18-month period, culminating in the delivery of a real-life business project. To date, there have been three incredibly successful cohorts of the TNG programme, with 63% of graduates having already been promoted.
