This will be an interactive series of workshops where we explore the timeless, powerful, yet neglected acts of leadership required now as we navigate major shifts in our work and lives.

This session will examine why trust has been neglected on a global, organisational and personal level. It will give your managers and leaders tools to re-establish trust in their teams. This includes creating psychologically safe teams and building the trust that will enable them to do so.
