Société Générale in partnership with The Oxford Group, have been named the winner of a bronze Stevie Award in the Achievement in Leadership Development category in the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.
More than 950 nominations from organizations of all sizes in 29 nations were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories, including Achievement in Workplace Safety & Compliance, Employer of the Year, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, Human Resources Team of the Year, Employee Relations Solution Provider of the Year among others. More than 70 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
The Transition Management programme is designed for all managers within the Risk on Market Activities department (from EXCO level to first-line managers) to embed a common set of leadership competencies and behaviors. Deployed in Paris, New York, Hong Kong, London and Bangalore over 2 years and across18 cohorts. The programme was composed of 5 modules to develop leadership competencies:
- Module 1: “me as manager”
- Module 2: “Team Manager”
- Module 3: “Manager coach”
- Module 4: “Manager leader”
- Module 5: “Manager leader coach”
The programme concluded with participants presenting casestudies on how implemented and applied the learning in the role as leaders within the organization. On completion of each participant gained certification as recognition of achievement.
