Business background

multi-faceted commercial background. She started her career in the Australian insurance industry, spending time in IT, Business Improvement and Operational Leadership roles. At Insurance Australia Group, she undertook a postgraduate degree in Change Management, motivated by a passion for helping her team capitalise on change opportunities. During her career an abiding constant is a deep commitment to developing talent.

In 2010, Becci moved to Hong Kong and transitioned to a role as a leadership development consultant and executive coach. She uses her commercial acumen to help clients achieve meaningful results, enabling leaders to manage the challenges of leading diverse regional or global teams. She has a passion for creating learning environments where people from all cultures can discuss their issues, pick apart ideas, and explore how concepts can work for them on a practical level. Over the past decade she has designed and delivered L&D programmes for all levels and has developed a passion for delivering virtual programmes.
