Bipasha joined The Oxford Group in 2011. Her early career was as a Learning & Development professional at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai and Taj Group of Hotels in New Delhi, executing all corporate training initiatives and orchestrating the development of various learning resources.

She moved into consultancy in 2008. Her keenness to understand the requirements of businesses and flexibility in delivering learning solutions has made her the preferred consultant with a large number of Fortune 500 companies in India. Having facilitated a variety of learning solutions in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Thailand, she has a deep understanding of changing learner behaviours in these countries.
