Britta has 10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles for the Otto Group, Roland Berger Consultants and Eddie Bauer in Germany and the US. Her core responsibilities were recruiting future leaders, leadership development for senior execs and facilitation of change management. She then moved into consultancy to lead cross-cultural client projects
