Caro is an experienced consultant and Executive Coach, designing and delivering leadership programmes for senior and first-line managers. Her specialist area is ‘Creating Effective Working Relationships as a Leader’.

Business background

Before joining The Oxford Group in 1997, Caro was Training Manager for Hertz UK, responsible for developing and implementing the corporate training plan. She designed and delivered leadership and management skills courses as well as commissioning other training. She also developed a competency-based performance management system.
