Cherry Mill

Cherry has been a consultant and coach with The Oxford Group since 2006. With a background in HR, she leads a range of our international development programmes.

Business background

Prior to joining The Oxford Group, Cherry was European HR Manager for Silicon Graphics Computer Systems, responsible for 14 countries. Before that she was International Manager at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and HR Officer with the British Red Cross.

Her book, ‘Managing for the First Time’, has sold over 10,000 copies, and she has been on the Editorial Advisory Board for People Management journal.
