Chris has almost 30 years’ experience in HR, general management and consultancy. She approaches issues from the client’s perspective and focuses on delivering an exceptional level of service with a solution-driven approach.
Business background
Chris joined The Oxford Group team in 2011.
Her last corporate role was as Managing Director Europe for a US HR consultancy where she was responsible for developing new business, managing the European operations and building a profitable organisation.
