Diana has over 20 years’ leadership experience in technology, communications and customer contact centres. As a coach, her focus is on helping leaders heighten their strategic and operational skills.
Business background
Diana has held leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations with several companies, including AT&T and SBC. Her last corporate position was as a director, managing an organisation responsible for delivering over $300m revenue with an expense budget of $75m. Since joining The Oxford Group in 2010 she has worked with a variety of clients in leadership development and coaching.
