Business background

Maggie’s last role prior to joining The Oxford Group was in L&D within the UK utilities sector. She has had responsibility for leadership, management and graduate development using a variety of interventions such as action learning, 360-degree feedback, mentoring and modular based development programmes. She joined The Oxford Group in 2005 and is now Associate Director Global Management Capability, building new client relationships and managing a portfolio of global client projects.

Outside of work Maggie has enhanced her skills through her work as School Governor, Enterprise Advisor and a variety of volunteering roles. She is energised by creating the conditions for The Oxford Group’s team of consultants, coaches and employees to be at their best to deliver for our clients
