Meltem joined The Oxford Group in 2016, having spent 17 years in the training and consultancy business and with IBM in İstanbul, London and New York. She has worked as a training sales consultant and financial analyst and is now a facilitator-coach-trainer. Her experience extends across pharmaceuticals, packaging, FMCG, health care, IT and finance.

She has design and delivery expertise in leadership, team development and talent development. Meltem combines her business experience with her individual and team coaching and facilitation skills to bring measurable results to clients.
