Raúl is a Spanish-speaking Executive Coach with the largest trajectory and experience in Latin America. Raúl has more than 14 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, and coach, as well as being founder and former president of the Chilean chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Business background

Raúl has a background in senior management. He worked for twenty years within marketing and communications for different companies in Latin America. He was General Manager of Wunderman Cato Johnson (Y&R Group) from 1996 to 2003 in Colombia and Chile.

Raúl has developed consulting and training programmes on leadership, culture, coaching, and team building for organisations in the private and public sectors. Working within the telecommunications, retail, financial, insurance, mining, and pharmaceuticals industries in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina.
