Business background

Renato’s last corporate role before moving into consultancy was as Global Retail Training Manager for the Ermenegildo Zegna Group corporate university, developing leadership and retail programmes. He is the author of the chapter ‘The selling ceremony and HR factor’ in the book ‘Retailization’, by Emanuele Sacerdote (Franco Angeli 2016).
