Leading complex change

From identifying disruptors to engaging employees through change, this one-day masterclass covers everything from strategic change to light-touch approaches

Thriving through change

With leaders facing the challenge of successfully navigating their organisation through an increasingly disruptive geo-political, social and macro-economic environment, being confident and comfortable with complex change is a vital leadership skill.

It is nearly 60 years after Kurt Lewin created the three-step ‘freeze, unfreeze, refreeze’ model for change. Times have changed since then and now organisations often don't have the chance to deal with one change programme before the next big shift comes along.

Our approach helps leaders to deal with complex change and critical issues, bringing about new ways of thinking and acting in these volatile times.

Course features

Leading complex change is a one-day, ready-to-run masterclass on leading through disruption.

The forces of technology, demographics, rising customer demands and changing workforce in recent times mean that change has got tougher. In fact, research has shown that two thirds of organisational change programmes fail to produce the desired outcomes.

Our Leading complex change masterclass makes participants smarter in their role as a change agent and change leader ensuring the success of their initiatives. We use the latest research and case studies from across the world to illustrate and reinforce the learning.

We measure the impact of the course through post-course evaluation, giving you confidence about the return on your investment. The relationships and learning community built between participants during the course fosters peer support, engagement and on-going personal development.
