The Oxford Group are delighted to announce that our partner Sanofi has won a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Leadership Development Program for its Evolve Leadership Program.

Since 2009 The Oxford Group has been working closely with Sanofi to design and deliver Evolve, which is an early career, leadership and personal development 9 month learning journey.  The design blends online learning, experiential face to face workshops, live webinars, coaching and active line manager and peer support to create a rich learning experience for the participants.

In its 10th anniversary year Evolve has won in the category for Best Employers which is open to all organizations worldwide and recognizes the world’s best companies to work for, as well as the HR teams and professionals, HR achievements, and suppliers who all help to create and drive great workplaces.  Stevie awards are US based, judged by business leaders, and were first set up following the 2001 Enron scandal to restore public confidence and investor trust in large organisations.

The Oxford Group has delivered Evolve for 10 years, working with over a thousand learners in 15 countries during this time.  For the next phase, The Oxford Group team are providing Sanofi with the full suite of design, Train the Trainer and quality assurance support to help them deliver the programme in-house to the same highstandard.
