Fiona started her career as a chemical engineer in operations management for Cadbury, then held a variety of roles in Thorn Europe, where she worked on process redesign projects in the service and manufacturing areas. She subsequently led on the development of management capabilities. She has also been a director of a systems integration consultancy for 8 years. Fiona has designed and delivered many programmes and coaching assignments, working closely with clients to identify clear outcomes and the best way to deliver sustainable, authentic change.
